  • Once the product is evaluated and approved by the customer, and deemed acceptable, no refunds or returns will be provided.

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately upon delivery. We may request photos and documentation to evaluate the issue.

Claims reported after approval or outside a reasonable timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
