• Orders require up to 20 days for product elaboration and preparation before shipping.

• Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.

• Customers will receive tracking information once the product has shipped.

• Our warranty for the products we sell covers a period of one calendar year starting from the day the product left our warehouse.

• It is our responsibility to send the customer a photo of the product before it is packaged and handed over to the carrier or the person responsible for transporting it.
